Fall is a Great Time for Fitness!

Fall is the time of year when everything changes: the days shorten, the temperature cools, the leaves change and so can you! Rather than waiting until January to make a New Year’s resolution, why not make a commitment now to adapt a healthier, more active lifestyle and take this momentum into 2012?

Farmington Area Community Education offers a variety of fitness activities for community members. We offer classes in Zumba and Yoga, lap swimming, and more. Membership in the Tiger Health Hub allows community members to work out at the Farmington High School fitness center and walking track, or swim at Dodge Middle School. Whether you already have an exercise regime, or are just starting out there are options for you. New this fall are Baseline Fitness Training and From Couch to 5K. There are also Zumba and Yoga classes as well as Wednesday night open gym.
